3) Gifts of Appreciated Assets- You can donate appreciated assets such as securities, stock(s) or real estate.

4) Real Estate Donations- Local real estate professionals handle Real Estate gifts in order to ensure that all transactions and property liquidation are carried out correctly and efficiently.
